Join this 2-hour workshop designed to answer all your burning questions about giving birth in a birth center. From the basics to the unexpected, we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident and prepared for this unique journey. Led by an experienced midwife, this interactive session is perfect for expectant parents seeking clarity and peace of mind on topics such as how to use your body to birth your baby, what to pack and why, pain management, decision-making in the moment, and unique birth center protocols.

Partner or a support person welcome to join but not required. 

Suggested Donation $50-$100 for up to two people
